Welcome to wbfbf.com (the “Site”), operated by the Wilson & Birtha Family Betterment Fund (“WBFBF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and WBFBF. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what we offer

WBFBF is a public coaching and education business that helps families learn how to build trusts, betterment funds, and long-term family plans, and also maintains a private, members-only area for our own family’s fund. The Site provides educational content, information about our coaching and consultation services, and member tools.

2. Not professional advice

The content on this Site and in our coaching and consultation services is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and it does not create a professional-client or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and their outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site or purchase our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Member accounts

Some areas of the Site are restricted to family members with an account. If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• Access, or attempt to access, areas or accounts that are not yours;
• Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content;
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content except as allowed below;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and course or coaching materials — are owned by WBFBF or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. Coaching and consultation services

Details, scope, scheduling, and fees for coaching and consultation are described at the time you engage us or on the relevant service page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as stated when you book. Because our services are educational, we make no guarantee of any specific financial, legal, or personal result. Your results depend on your own circumstances and actions.

8. Forms and third-party services

The Site uses third-party services — for example, form tools (Cognito Forms), analytics, and our web host — to provide certain features. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites we link to.

9. Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WBFBF operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
